Freedom to Marry Carnival: Something Borrowed, Something Blue

I'm participating in Robin's second annual Freedom to Marry Week Freedom to Marry Carnival.

So far, I've posted about Something Old and Something New. But I was in dental hell most of Wednesday and didn't get around to writing about the next item in the old poem.

So today, I give you both. Something Borrowed is the fabulous Ford Flex crossover vehicle I was lent for our gymnastics road trip to Las Vegas last week. (Speaking of car reviews: My series has been picked up by Ask Patty, the automotive site for women by women auto industry professionals. This is one of my favorite resources when shopping for a new car, so I'm really excited to be included there.)

And here is Something Blue:

This was our view after getting out of Los Angeles (where it was raining as it is today) and into the desert (where it was not). We were mesmerized by the landscape and the ever-changing clouds we saw as we sped towards Las Vegas.
