POUNDS TO GOAL: 8.8
After losing a pound following my first day back at the gym, I guess I was feeling cocky.
I probably ate too much yesterday, and the result is visible here - I gained that pound back.
This is a road I've traveled (many times!) before. I am not discouraged.
I keep telling myself that.
In the meantime, I was back at the health club today - third in a row.
I look at myself in the mirror and remind myself that what I see today isn't as bad as where I was three years ago. This is very do-able.
I just have to DO it.
