More than two weeks since I vowed to get serious and lose the excess weight...
...and I've gained.
Needless to say, I'm feeling a tad depressed.
It started last week, when I heard the report that women my age need to exercise AT LEAST one hour per day to MAINTAIN their weight.
I have managed to go to the health club four days each of the last two weeks. Yesterday, I increased my time on the elliptical to 40 minutes (from the 30 I was doing before).
But exercise is not enough. I need to get back to basics on diet.
Remember what I said above, about being a "tad" depressed?
Make that, a LOT depressed.
